Gemhomes, LLC specializes in the acquisition and management of residential real estate properties for long term rentals (LTRs) and short-term rentals (STRs). Exclusively owned by the Massie Family, Gehomes, LLC ownership has over 20 years’ experience as landlords in the private sector overseeing both single and multi-family residential homes, executing several major renovations, and managing multiple long-term tenants in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Alongside our expertise in long-term real estate management, Gemhomes, LLC is now focused on acquiring short-term vacation rental properties in high-demand tourist destinations. Like our long-term properties, the Gemhomes, LLC short term properties will be managed efficiently to provide exceptional stand out experiences for guests.
